💫 2024 – start as you mean to go on.

If this is what 2024 is going to be like then bring it on. Swansea Bay parkrun was packed and it was so nice to catch up with so many people 🥰. Running was absolute hell after I messed up in the gym yesterday and busted my hamstrings up testing out deadlifts (don’t even ask…I know exactly where I went wrong 🤭) but nothing some walking breaks, moaning and a breakfast bap couldn’t fix.

Surprise sea dip thanks to my lack of being able to say no to anything slightly adventurous (damn you @princesspowellrulesss) – down to undies and in we go! I want to do more of this and keep saying I will but never get anywhere. Does anyone go regularly who’d keep nagging me perhaps?
