been reading up on this and apparently the quickest way to make this bearable is to do some work at the top end. looks like i will be introducing intervals back into my plans. not sure how I feel about that but if I ever want to see a sub 30 5k again then I think I’ll have to just get over myself 🫠 at least this nonsense plodding means extended music listening 🤘🏼- can’t get over how great the new headphones are. best Christmas present ever.
